About Reviva Insight

Reviva stands for renewal, for bringing something back to life; insight for seeing clearly first. That order is deliberate. Good software, good advice and good coaching start the same way: first understand what is actually going on, then change something. Systems, businesses and people rarely get stuck for lack of action; usually it is action without insight.

My work sits where technology and business operations meet. I have built software, helped business owners with their marketing, and gradually noticed that most problems are not technical. They are about people, choices, and putting those choices off. That is where the coaching comes from.

I prefer to work directly with the person who makes the decision. No intermediate layers, no account managers, no presentations that look better than the result.

• Understand first, then build. A problem that is well described is half solved.
• Start small, deliver early. Something that works is worth more than a plan that is complete.
• Everything explainable. If I cannot justify a choice in plain language, it is probably the wrong choice.
• No dependency. Code, documentation and knowledge are yours. You must be able to carry on without me.

Because in practice they rarely stand alone. A software project often runs aground on an organisational problem. A marketing question turns out to be a strategic one. And a business owner who is stuck usually does not need a new plan, but a good conversation.

Offering all three means I do not have to pass you on to someone else. I can, however, say honestly which of the three you need, even if that is a different answer from the one you came in with.

No client logos, no testimonials, no figures about years of experience or numbers of happy customers. Reviva Insight is new, and I find it more honest to show that than to hide it behind borrowed credibility.

What you will find: for each service, a precise description of who it is for, what you get, how it proceeds and how the price is arrived at. Hold me to it.
